FITNESS & STRETCH

This is not a technical class as such however it can be used as a supplement to other classes, or as a single class to improve the way you feel in yourself.

 

As a supplement class it will help to increase the dancers strength and flexibilty which will aid progress in the syllabus classes.  As a dancer progresses through the grades, particularly in ballet and modern jazz, this class will aid further development and allow more advanced technique.

 

As an individual class this will help with general wellbeing and how you feel within yourself.  Get your body moving, your blood pumping and your energy levels up with our fitness, and then relieve your daily stresses with our gentle stretch to leave you feeling refreshed.
